1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Thara Capital website at tharacapa.biz and your participation in any programme offered by Thara Capital. By using our website or registering for a programme, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

References to "Thara Capital", "we", "us", or "our" refer to Thara Capital, operating at 198 Krungkasem Road, Pomprap, Bangkok 10100, Thailand.

2. Nature of Our Programmes

Thara Capital offers financial education programmes. Our programmes are designed to improve financial literacy and encourage thoughtful reflection on personal and household financial decisions. They are not, and should not be understood as, financial advice.

Nothing communicated in our programmes, materials, website, or correspondence constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument, invest in any product, or take any specific financial action. Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser for advice tailored to their individual circumstances.

Our facilitators hold relevant educational qualifications and present content in plain, educational language. No specific securities, funds, or investment products are discussed or recommended in any programme.

3. Programme Registration

Registration for a programme is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. Places are limited; registration on a waitlist does not constitute a confirmed place.

Programme details — including dates, venue, and facilitator — are provided at the time of registration and may be subject to adjustment. In the event of a material change, participants will be notified promptly and offered alternatives.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of all programme materials unless otherwise noted. Fees do not include transport, accommodation, or other personal expenses.

Payment is due at the time of registration unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. We do not store card details; payment is processed securely by our payment provider.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the programme start date: full refund, less any payment processing fees.
• 7–14 days before the programme start date: 50% refund.
• Fewer than 7 days before the programme start date: no refund, but your registration may be transferred to a future programme cycle at no additional charge, subject to availability.

If Thara Capital cancels a programme for any reason, registered participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid, or the option to transfer to a future cycle. We will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by participants as a result of such cancellation.

6. Participant Conduct

We aim to maintain a respectful, reflective environment in all sessions. Participants are asked to engage with consideration for others, refrain from recording sessions without prior written consent, and observe any programme-specific guidance communicated by the facilitator.

Thara Capital reserves the right to ask a participant to withdraw from a session if their conduct is disruptive or disrespectful to others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Thara Capital website — including text, design, programme materials, printed glossaries, and worksheets — is the intellectual property of Thara Capital or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Printed materials provided during programmes are for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, Thara Capital's liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or participation in a programme is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant programme.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, or decisions made on the basis of programme content. Participants attend and apply programme content at their own discretion.

9. Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the website's operation, introduce harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw content at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites for reference or convenience. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or our programmes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
